PURE NATUROPATHY TRAINING PROGRAM

Pure Naturopathy honors the natural laws of living by educating clients about true cause and cure of illness and disease conditions, creating individual programmes that restore healthy living habits, and offering understanding of individual constitution, inheritance and aging processes.

Naturopathic treatment programmes return the body to a natural healthy equilibrium by balancing the inner ecology. Treatment modalities include restoration of the digestive system with dietary and herbal nutrients and colon cleansing, flower essences, medicinal quality essential oils, reflexology, purification and regeneration protocols, homeopathic remedies, gentle detox of chemical toxins as well as other therapies, depending on the changing requirements of the patient.

Naturopathy treats the entire person rather than individual symptoms or 'dis-eases' of the body. Although support is given to symptoms, individual treatment goals consider the source and cause of symptoms and create true and vibrant health in an individual rather than fighting disease. One could say it is pro-health versus anti-disease and results can be remarkable when a client offers commitment, cooperation and enthusiasm to embrace healthy living and accept responsibility for positive choices that create quality of life.

The School of Natural Medicine offers the full system of natural medicine in our course modules, a complete spectrum of Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Iridology to create a thorough foundation for your success in the healing arts.

NATUROPATHY CLASSES INCLUDE: naturopathy treatments, case histories, nutritional healing diets, living foods, philosophy of purification, regeneration and transformation, fasting, use of herbal formulae in healing programs, iris analysis and creation of students’ self-healing programmes and three days devoted to the 5 element systems, the foundation of all natural therapeutics.

Topics covered in Naturopathy training, in addition to core course subjects, include: spinal health, death and dying support, elder health, chronic disease recovery, pre-operation preparation/post-operation healing, fertility and pregnancy, anorexia and bulimia, weight loss, menopause, women's illnesses, infancy, child and teenage health support, stress reduction, creating and promoting a practise, ethics and clinic management.

NATUROPATHY LEVEL II CLINICAL TRAINING
A year or more after beginning the training modules, students attend Clinical Training during the Naturopathy Residential Retreat. Here students mix with fellow students from their classes as well as students from other years. During CT emphasis is placed on an integrated natural medicine system. Advanced information is offered in iridology, herbal medicine, naturopathy, medicinal oils, flower essences, living foods, iris photography and iris drawings, subtle energy bodywork, and reflexology in relation to clinical practice. During this time students experience directly the benefit of these modalities in an in-depth purification and regeneration immersion.

Whether enrolled in one or all of three courses, both training modules and CT provide the full foundation in natural medicine therapeutics.
