PHILOSOPHY
OF THE SCHOOL OF NATURAL MEDICINE
The
School of Natural Medicine offers a comprehensive and
unique education in integrated natural medicine and
naturopathy, guiding students to becoming authentic Masters
of natural health and healing.
The School of Natural Medicine’s aim
* to provide a comprehensive education in natural medicine
and naturopathy
* to help the student embody the learning and develop
his/her own inner wisdom
* to guide and support each student through their own
self-healing in order that they become authentic living
examples of the schools teachings.
A naturopath is a primary care practitioner educated in a
wide range of natural analysis and treatment techniques,
and employs these in consultations, educational guidance
and individual treatment healing programs, respectively.
Guided by the concept of Inner Ecology which needs to be in
balance with the outer ecology of nature, naturopaths offer
treatment programs based on three philosophical beliefs -
purification, regeneration and transformation - creating
harmony and balance as clients become independently
healthy.
The School of Natural Medicine regards the human nature as
a whole – body, mind and spirit. Both physical and
mental/emotional health lifestyle is important.
The School of Natural Medicine supports each student's
creative emergence while they embody the living archetype
of the healer and teacher. Quality professional skills are
combined with evolution of consciousness as the students'
embody the teachings and become living examples of the
teachings and guides for others.
