Self Healing Classes beginning on the 12th November

Weekly Self Healing classes will be available at the School of Natural Medicine and are open to the local community, patients and students beginning on Wednesday, 12th November at 7.30 pm. Each week Bonny will discuss a different topic related to Self Healing, including Iridology, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Essential Oils, Flower Essences, Healing Diets, Cleansing and Rejuvenation and more. Topics for November and December are as follows:

12th November - Introduction to Iridology
Learn about the iris structure, colours and markings and how Iridologists use this information to understand systemic strengths and weaknesses and the constitution. This will be a fun, visually inspiring class for those who are curious to learn more about this fascinating subject.

19th November - The Earth Element and Stress
The Earth Element represents the ground we walk on, the foundation of our lives and our sense of inner security. At a time when many people are feeling the effects of global anxiety, this class offers the opportunity to learn about positive and negative expressions of the Earth Element, how this relates to stress and methods to nourish the nervous system and support healing and balance in this core part of our lives.

26th November - Self Reflexology
Reflexology is a tremendously valuable tool for self healing. This class introduces the reflexology chart, massage techniques and the use of essential oils to enhance the effects of treatment.

3rd December - Healing the Digestive System
Improper diet and lifestyle, stress and inherent factors all play a role in creating imbalances in the digestive system. This can create many symptoms as well as providing a fertile ground for disease. This class introduces the Naturopathic approach to healing the digestive system and balancing digestive chemistry.

10th December - The Water Element & Healing Therapies
This class introduces the Water Element from the Naturopathic, Ayurvedic and Tibetan points of view, both physically and emotionally, as well as a constitutional factor. Healing therapies that support and balance the water element are many and varied and are presented from the mind/body healing perspective.
