James Enkel has had a long association with the
School of Natural Medicine through his father, Peter
Enkel, an early graduate of the School of Natural
Medicine and the owner of Herbs of Grace, the herbal
company founded by Farida Sharan in 1977 when she
first began to practice and teach here in the United
Kingdom. The formulae created by Farida Sharan were
the foundation of Herbs of Grace, a company that is
now under the care of Peter’s son, James. James Enkel
is beginning to explore making short films on the
subject of Herbal Medicine at a time when the future
of herbal medicine is under serious threat.
