NOVA VITA - Gary Young's Medical Clinic in Guayaquil, Equador

The Founder of the School of Natural Medicine, Dr. Farida Sharan, is currently in Equador on a Self Healing Retreat at Gary Young's Nova Vita Medical Clinic. After her bleary eyed arrival she has launched into a programme involving a series of medical tests to determine cardiovascular health, an abdominal ultrasound and blood analysis, and then treatments supported by diet, supplements, juices and teas and, of course, exercise. Treatments so far have included abundant essential oil treatments, such as Raindrop Technique and a wrap of Balsam Fir and Lavender Essential Oils that were absorbed as Farida relaxed in a Far Infrared Sauna, Colonic Hydroptherapy, Chelation Mineral Drip, , Neuroauricular Neck and spine therapy with a series of Young Living Oils beginning with Frankincense, and following through the sequence with Vetiver, Cedarwood, Roman Chamomile, and Sandalwood with the drip nearby on a stand. And this is just the beginning. To follow Farida's Self Healing Adventure go to her blog site at www.independentlyhealthy.typepad.com. She will be posting about her experiences and treatments for the next three weeks. Photos coming soon.

Detox Symptoms - Part 3

EMOTIONAL DETOX

At the core of any cleansing experience is the emotional component of dis-ease. As the emotions arise they quickly dissolve, leaving you feeling lighter and freer than before. However there are times when the emotions are strong enough or persistant enough that they call out for a deeper level of support and healing.

What is Self Healing?

The motto of my work is ‘Truth, Goodness & Beauty in the Healing Arts’ as it is the pursuit of these three qualities in our daily lives that bring joy to living. This site is devoted to supporting and inspiring those who wish to heal themselves, to evolve in truth, goodness and beauty, and who see life as an opportunity to be appreciated.
